These Dragées are made with Avola almonds and they are the finest example of sugared almonds. Delicately crunchy with their immaculate coating; an incredible blend of sugar and vanilla. This coating is poured slowly from a ladle, drop by drop over the almonds as they turn in copper cauldrons. The result is sugared almonds of perfect quality.
Braquier's legendary Dragées are the finest sugared almonds in the world. It is all down to selecting the best almonds. And the best almonds come from Avola, a mythical place in Sicily. The house of Braquier is one of the oldest confectioners in France. It is located in the town of Verdun and it started the artisan production of sugared almonds over two centuries ago.
